隐私政策

Weki（weki.cc，以下称「我们」）是一个团队共享的知识空间。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、怎么使用、和谁共享，以及你可以做什么。

我们收集的信息

账号信息：你的邮箱和名字。用邮箱验证码登录时，我们会向你的邮箱发送一次性验证码。
用 Google 登录时：只请求 openid、email、profile 三项基本权限，获取你的邮箱、名字和邮箱是否已验证。访问令牌只用于这一次读取，不会保存；我们不访问你的 Gmail、云端硬盘、通讯录或其他 Google 数据。
你创建的内容：空间、页面、表格、发布的项目文件、评论、版本历史，以及你为项目配置的运行配置（如数据库连接），后者加密保存，只用于运行你的项目。
使用和安全信息：登录会话 Cookie、操作记录（如谁修改或发布了什么）、服务器日志（含 IP 地址、访问时间）。

我们如何使用

提供服务：登录、保存和展示你的内容、运行你发布的项目、发送登录验证码和通知。
安全：防止滥用、排查故障、记录审计日志。
我们不出售你的信息，不做广告，不用你的内容训练模型。

Weki 对通过 Google API 获得的信息的使用和传输，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的「有限使用」要求：这些信息只用于让你登录 Weki。

谁能看到你的信息

空间成员：按你和空间管理员设置的权限（可查看、可管理、链接分享）看到内容，以及成员的名字和邮箱。
服务提供商：托管服务器的云服务商、发送邮件的邮件服务商，只为提供服务而处理数据。
法律要求：在法律要求时依法提供。

保存期限

登录验证码 15 分钟后失效；登录会话 30 天；未上线的草稿保存 2 小时。
你的内容和版本历史在账号或空间存续期间保存；删除空间或账号后删除。

Cookie

我们只使用维持登录和访问已发布站点所必需的 Cookie，不使用广告或第三方追踪 Cookie。

你的权利

你可以随时查看和修改你的内容，退出所有设备的登录。需要导出或删除账号及数据，请联系 colin@lessie.ai，我们会在 30 天内处理。

未成年人

Weki 面向团队和工作场景，不面向 14 岁以下的儿童。

变更与联系

政策有重要变更时我们会在网站上更新并注明日期。有任何问题，请联系 colin@lessie.ai。

Privacy Policy

Weki (weki.cc, "we") is a shared knowledge space for teams. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information: your email address and name. When you sign in by email, we send a one-time code to that address.
When you sign in with Google: we request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes, and receive your email address, name and whether the email is verified. The access token is used once for this and is not stored. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Content you create: spaces, pages, sheets, published project files, comments, version history, and run configuration you set for projects (such as database connections), which is stored encrypted and used only to run your project.
Usage and security information: session cookies, an activity log (who changed or published what), and server logs (including IP address and time).

How we use it

To provide the service: sign-in, storing and showing your content, running projects you publish, sending sign-in codes and notifications.
For security: preventing abuse, troubleshooting, and keeping audit logs.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or train models on your content.

Weki's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: this information is used only to sign you in to Weki.

Who can see your information

Members of your spaces, according to the permissions you and space managers set (view, manage, link sharing), including members' names and email addresses.
Service providers: the cloud provider hosting our servers and the email provider sending our mail, only to provide the service.
Legal requirements, where required by law.

Retention

Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes; sessions after 30 days; unpublished drafts are kept for 2 hours.
Your content and version history are kept while your account or space exists, and deleted when you delete the space or account.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to open published sites. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can view and change your content at any time and sign out of all devices. To export or delete your account and data, contact colin@lessie.ai; we respond within 30 days.

Children

Weki is built for teams and work, and is not directed to children under 14.
